Liam Hastie

Mr Hastie’s teaching career started within The Bishop Konstant Catholic Academy Trust (BKCAT) alongside Leeds Trinity University where he completed his teacher training in Physical Education. He joined Hanson Academy in September 2019 as a Teacher of PE and has progressed into different roles including a Teaching & Learning Ambassador, Head of KS5 PE and now Head of PE & Public Services. Mr Hastie has experience working in the world of sports coaching, particularly football, and is dedicated in providing maximum sporting opportunities for all pupils at Hanson Academy in all different sports and fitness activities.
