Jade Dixon
Jade started her career as an apprentice working with students with a variety of learning and behavioural needs. She then began leading sessions in a Pupil Referral Unit with a variety of challenging young people to support and provide gaps in their education. After several years Jade joined Hanson and began working with students at Hanson’s Outreach Provision as a support worker, delivering lessons and sessions to students who struggled within a mainstream setting.
Jade is now the Learning Manager for Year 11 and has supported a variety of different students over the last 4 years to get to their end goals, in order to succeed for their Post 16 options. Jade also runs the HAF camps at Hanson, these camps help support students and parent during holidays providing cooking lessons, sport sessions as well as external trips and visits.
