Bradford STEM Fest

28 students from Science and IT went to the Bradford Stem Fest on Thursday 4th July. It was a chance to see some of the exciting developments in STEM that are happening in Bradford and the surrounding area and have the opportunity to compete in a number of STEM challenges. There were schools from across Yorkshire in attendance and the Hanson students did us proud. They were enthusiastic throughout the day and won numerous challenges. In the afternoon they got to visit Jupiter and Mars in the indoor planetarium. Mr Aswat and his group spent the afternoon winning awards for their work in cybercrime.
Great day had by all, shout out to Miss Crowson, Mr Aswat for supporting the trip and Dodou Fatty who won 3 different competitions.
Mr Todd
