Emma Hall

Learning Manager - Y8

Emma has gained a wealth of experience working with children and young people across a variety of settings. Her journey began in Spain, where she worked as a hotel entertainer, engaging children in a range of activities. Upon returning to the UK, Emma pursued qualifications as an adult learner and began working in primary schools and private education environments. Her commitment to youth development extended beyond the classroom, as she volunteered to support youth leaders in the local community working closely with families in the area.

Emma’s professional journey at Hanson began as a classroom support assistant for students with special educational needs (SEN). She later transitioned into the PLC provision, where she supported students through targeted interventions and collaborated with West Yorkshire Police to build strong positive relationships with young people. Following a year supporting the pastoral team, Emma has now progressed to the role of Head of Year, where she continues to demonstrate her dedication to student wellbeing and development.
