Year 10 and 11 pupils enjoyed an exciting and purposeful visit to Bradford College last week as part of their independent travel training. Travelling by bus, the students demonstrated growing confidence and responsibility as they made their way to the campus.
Upon arrival, they were welcomed with a guided tour of the college and its excellent facilities. Students met tutors from a range of departments and had the opportunity to explore different courses that match their interests and aspirations. They also spent time researching the specialist support available to them as Deaf learners, gaining valuable insight into how the college can help them thrive. The visit helped students begin planning for life after Hanson School.
