Pupils in Hanson Resourced Provision participated in a cake decorating workshop. The workshop was led by Mandy who demonstrated how to achieve good consistency piping and shared her top tips for effective decorating styles. The students used these techniques when designing and producing their own cakes.
The learning was part of the life skills session and a taster for BTEC Cooking- one of the pathways we offer our Year 10 and 11 students. What a delicious morning!
