Hanson Deaf Resourced Provision students have studied the various types of sushi and the history and origins. We considered appropriate fillings for sushi and ingredients. We then followed instruction to prepare sushi and tasted our work.
Some students really enjoyed the taste and texture however others prepare the school canteen for lunch!
