Post 16 Taster Day

Today Year 11 students had the chance to see what it is like to be in Sixth Form for a day. Students were given a range of courses to choose from and were given a personalised timetable of taster sessions.

Each session gave them a chance to see what is involved in the course and to be able to ask any questions. This will give them a better insight prior to picking any Post 16 options.

Alongside their taster sessions they also go to make use of out Sixth Form Center in their free time.

Other groups of student were able to visit local colleges to see what they had to offer.
